Meeting was called to order by Chairman Val Dietz. In attendance were Supervisor Eric Roberts(via Facetime), Supervisor Mike Holstrom, Clerk Brenda Hildebrand, Treasurer Lori Holmgren, Dave Holmgren, Jeff Stabnow, and Jeff Osland.

Pledge allegiance was recited.

Chairman Dietz called the meeting to order.

Minutes were read.  Motion to approve minutes made by Dietz, seconded by Holstrom and carried.

Treasurer’s report was given with a checkbook ending balance of $290,919.69.  Motion to approve made by Holstrom, seconded by Dietz and carried.

Motion to approve claims #4100-4113and 3 automatic withdrawal made by Dietz, seconded by Holstrom and carried.

Supervisor Eric Roberts joined the meeting via FaceTime.

The log house was dedicated before the meeting. A small group came for the dedication and Chris Schuelke, the director from the Historical Society, gave a short speech on some of the history. It was given to the township from the Blesse and Hanson families. Bill Hanson was honored for all of the work he did to restore it. Chuck Erickson and several others also helped with the restoration.

Jeff Osland from Dead Lake Township asked the board if they would agree to blade his road and shape it up for winter. Dave Holmgren advised that some gravel be added to help improve the base. Osland agreed to talk to the other property owners and have some delivered. Holstrom made a motion to approve the blading, it was seconded by Dietz and carried. Treasurer will bill Osland for the blading.

Roberts gave a report on the twp. spraying for noxious weeds. He will be spraying more in the future. He will send the bill to the clerk when he is done.

Jeff Stabnow reported on the sealcoating. It will be finished before the end of the month. He will send an invoice for next month’s meeting.

Holstrom gave the fire report. The new grass rig has arrived.

Holmgren gave the road report. He cut off some of the survey stakes in the ditches. They were very hard to see at times.

Clerk will check on the bill for cleanup days from Steve’s Sanitation. 

Hildebrand gave the report on the park. She is contacting people for the Centennial celebration at the park next summer. She was also able to purchase a Little Tikes playground unit. She will check with other organization for donations. Holstrom will look at the unit and see if it is what the board wants at the park.

With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:42 pm.
