Amor Township Minutes For

January 13, 2021

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Kerry Baumgartner. Others in attendance were Supervisor Mike Holstrom, Supervisor Eric Roberts, Clerk Brenda Hildebrand, and Treasurer Lori Holmgren.

Pledge allegiance was recited.

Minutes were read and a motion was made Roberts to accept, seconded by Holstrom and carried.

Treasurer’s report was given with a checkbook ending balance of $947,187.24. Check #4849 was voided due to printer error. Baumgartner made a motion to accept, seconded by Roberts and carried.

Baumgartner made a motion to approve and pay claims #4832-4844, and 4 achs. Roberts seconded and carried. 

Holstrom gave the fire report. The rescue squad ordered a new rig. It is a Ford Excursion 4x4. They have the funding to pay for it.

Discussed equipment. Holstrom will check on prices for grader. He will get bids or quotes on different ones.

Backroom is still not finished. Roberts will contact and get a date.

Clerk purchased a new router and iPad for meetings. It is up and working.

Snow issues were discussed. Holstrom will ride with the driver and go over some of the issues with him.

With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:38pm.
