Amor Township Minutes For

February 9, 2022

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Eric Roberts. Other in attendance were Supervisor Mike Holstrom, Supervisor Kerry Baumgartner, Clerk Brenda Hildebrand, and Treasurer Lori Holmgren.

Pledge allegiance was recited.

Minutes were read and a motion was made Baumgartner to accept, seconded by Holstrom and carried.

Treasurer’s report was given with a checkbook ending balance of $665,981.32 Roberts made a motion to accept, seconded by Baumgartner and carried.

Roberts made a motion to approve and pay claims #5118-5137 with payroll and 5achs. Baumgartner seconded and carried.

Road issues were discussed. Carbide blades were ordered for grader. 2 sets were ordered, they are hard to get. A cutting edge was ordered for the loader on the tractor.

Fire report- the old rescue rig is for sale. A new console was bought for the new F150 grass rig for the radios to sit securely in the rig. Minutes are on file with the clerk.

Motion by Roberts to have the Board of Equalization on April 8, 2022 from 9:30-10:30am at the town hall. Seconded by Baumgartner and carried.

Holstrom placed an ad in the paper for an operator for the township.

Motion by Baumgartner to approve the judges list for the March election as follows: Jim Olson as head judge, Ann Gibbs and Pasibeth Seeman as the other judges. Seconded by Holstrom and carried.

With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:33 pm.
